About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized ESH Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive environment, safety, and health programs that ensure compliance with local and international regulations. You will play a critical role in protecting our workforce and minimizing organizational risk through proactive hazard identification, incident investigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop, implement, and maintain ESH policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with Thai labor laws and international standards and Continental Tire Corporate requirements.Conduct regular workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.Provide ESH training and awareness programs to employees at all organizational levels.Maintain comprehensive ESH documentation, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.Monitor and analyze ESH performance metrics and key performance indicators to track program effectiveness.Collaborate with department managers and supervisors to ensure ESH requirements are integrated into daily operations.Prepare and submit ESH reports to management and regulatory authorities as required.Promote a strong safety culture through employee engagement and communication initiatives.Manage personal protective equipment (PPE) inventory, distribution, and compliance verification.Excellent organizational and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple. priorities, lead initiatives, and maintain meticulous documentation standards.Proficiency with ESH management systems, incident tracking software, and database management tools, with ability to recommend system improvements.Proven experience developing and implementing environment, safety, and health programs, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational compliance. Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Safety Science, Environmental Management, or a comparable field; or equivalent professional ESH certification.Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in environment, safety, and health program management, compliance coordination, or related operational roles.Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, standards (such as ISO 45001), and Thai labor law requirements.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a proven ability to build positive working relationships.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and database management systems.Good command of English (written and spoken), Thai proficiency preferred.Availability to work in shift patterns is required.
