In this role, you will drive the development and optimization of oil-insulated instrument transformers, supporting reliable and sustainable energy infrastructure worldwide. How You Will Make an ImpactDesign and enhance oil-insulated high-voltage instrument transformers, including current, voltage, inductive, and combined typesProvide technical support to global production and service teams, ensuring timely issue resolution and continuous improvementLead small to medium scale product development projects, managing undirect resources, scope, timing, cost, and quality for assigned tasksDevelop and maintain engineering tools, supporting users and improving design and process efficiencyAnalyze product performance data to drive design enhancements and innovation initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional and international teams to align on technical solutions and project goalsCoordinate stakeholders and ensure effective knowledge sharing across the organizationMaintain high standards of documentation, technical communication, and engineering practices Your BackgroundBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 3 years of experience in design and testing of medium or high-voltage equipment (preferably instrument transformers)Strong knowledge of oil insulation technology for high-voltage applicationsExperience with CAD/3D modeling tools (e.g., PTC Creo) and PLM systems (preferably Windchill)Strong organizational, coordination, and basic project management skillsFluent in English and Polish, with excellent communication and documentation abilities More about us We pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefits to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
