How You'll Make an Impact

Plan and coordinate testing activities based on engineering and customer requirementsExecute and oversee product testing to ensure compliance with specifications and standardsAnalyze test data, document results, and prepare detailed reportsInvestigate test failures and perform root cause analysisEnsure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards (IEC, IEEE, ISO)Maintain and manage test equipment, including calibration and proper usageCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in quality and performanceSupport continuous improvement initiatives and optimize testing processes Your Background

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in testing or quality within manufacturingStrong knowledge of testing standards and regulatory requirements (IEC, IEEE, ISO)Experience with data analysis and reporting of test resultsProven problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct failure analysisStrong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams More about us
