What will you do: Lead the specification, implementation, and qualification of plastic components and associated tooling processes while ensuring compliance with SPS principlesEvaluate and ensure manufacturability of new plastic components, providing expert guidance on design specifications and production optimizationDrive continuous improvement initiatives for tooling and manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and qualityCollaborate with product design teams to develop technical specifications that maximize equipment utilization and manufacturing techniquesConduct comprehensive testing throughout production stages to maintain process control and resolve manufacturing challenges
