Actively contribute to research projects in gas insulation applicationsConduct investigations on dielectric strength, dielectric recovery, partial dischargePlan and execute high-voltage experimental studiesModel, simulate, interpret gas discharge phenomenaDevelop innovative concepts for gas-insulated technologiesSupport design and optimization of HV switchgearCollaborate with global teams and external research institutesDocument results, publish findings and present your work at international conferences Your background
PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field with application in high voltage engineeringStrong knowledge of gas insulation and discharge physicsPractical experience in HV testingExpertise in simulation tools such as MATLAB, Python, or COMSOLAbility to analyze complex datasets and interpret results using statistical methods, modern AI toolsSolid English communication skills and structured working styleRelevant experience in industrial R&D is very beneficial More about us
