As a Diffusion Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of semiconductor high temperature production systems. This role focuses on the Corrective and Preventive maintenance and optimization of Diffusion & Cleaning equipment while working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance safety, productivity, and system reliability.

Develop and implement modifications and upgrades to existing manufacturing equipment to improve efficiency, yield, and safetyPerform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex manufacturing machinery and systemsAnalyse equipment performance data to identify trends, predict failures, and implement preventive measuresCollaborate with production, R&D, and quality teams to resolve equipment-related issues and optimize processesCreate and maintain documentation for equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and technical specificationsTrain technicians and operators on new equipment and updated proceduresManage spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement of required components and ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulationsSupport the selection, installation, and qualification of new manufacturing equipment Your background
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical EngineeringMinimum 2 years of experience in equipment engineering within a manufacturing environmentExperience in the Semiconductor field is highly desirableStrong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systemsSolid understanding of electronics, mechanics, and pneumatics; experience with Diffusion Semiconductor systems is a plus (e.g., ASM, Centrotherm furnaces)Proven ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and identify root causes of failuresFamiliarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentEnglish is mandatory, German is beneficial More about us
