Support yield improvement activities coverage on all shifts in Dip Room and First Inspection and Packaging / Cartoning. Focus on identification of defects at source, root causes and immediate corrective actions to support plant Quality and Cost improvement goals and opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and evaluate defects at sourceFailure investigationIdentify opportunities to support cost/quality improvementsScrap analysisTo execute assignments given and report the progressManagement of product and process validations programPromote positive and healthy working environment within the DepartmentTracking, coordinating and follow up on FI, CAPA and procedureOther assignments as instructed by immediate Supervisor Primary Work Location
