In the role of Process Engineer for BiMOS Backend, you will contribute to the advancement of our automated semiconductor production. You'll have the opportunity to improve existing manufacturing processes and lead innovative development projects, with a particular focus on automation and metal joining technologies.

Improve the capability and quality of bonding and welding processes, by applying data analysis tools and designed experimentsAnalyze production data to optimize performance, identify long-term trends, and prevent potential failuresWork on new automated production systems, improving production capacity and qualitySupport troubleshooting and root cause analysis to maintain and improve production throughputCollaborate to new product development by shaping the production process landscape and enabling volume manufacturing Your background
A master's degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering, or a related fieldSeveral years of experience in an automated production environment, ideally within the semiconductor industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, a quality-focused mindset, and a proactive, hands-on approachFamiliarity with DoE, data analysis, Six Sigma methodologies, and production statistics is a plusProficiency in both German and English More about us
