TA Instruments は熱分析レオメトリーマイクロカロリメトリーの分野において世界をリードする分析機器メーカーです。製薬化学電子材料食品建材航空宇宙自動車など多くの最先端の研究開発現場に導入され新素材開発や製品の信頼性向上を支える重要な技術基盤となっています。
中でも日本は世界屈指のマテリアルサイエンス大国。TA Instrumentsの装置は国立研究機関・大学・大手メーカーのR&D部門に広く導入され科学技術の進化を支えています。本ポジションであるサービスエンジニアは装置を通じて「確かな技術」と「安心」を顧客に届け研究現場の信頼されるパートナーとして活躍いただく重要な役割です。
単なる保守作業にとどまらず
「なぜ不具合が起きたのか」 「どうすれば再発を防げるか」 といった構造的・技術的視点での根本原因の特定と解決提案を行い技術の力で研究の未来を支えます。
Responsibilities
主な職務内容
顧客先での装置設置初期セットアップ操作トレーニング 定期点検修理予防保守などの技術サービス トラブルシューティング（オンサイト／リモート対応） 顧客からの技術問い合わせ対応（電話／メール） 作業報告書の作成履歴管理（CRMシステム使用） 営業・アプリケーションエンジニアとの情報連携・分析支援 担当製品：
熱分析：DSC（示差走査熱量計）TGA（熱重量分析）SDT 粘弾性測定／熱機械分析：RheometerDMATMA 顧客業界：
製薬化学電子材料エネルギーバッテリー食品建材アスファルト 等（国立研究機関／大学／大手メーカーの研究開発部門が中心） Qualifications
• 求められるスキル・資格
【必須条件】
理系専攻の学位（電気・電子・機械・物理・化学・材料 等） 機器の構造理解分解・組立への興味 顧客との技術コミュニケーションが苦にならない方 普通自動車免許（顧客訪問に使用） 【歓迎するスキル・経験】
英語マニュアルを読みながらの作業が可能な読解力 分析装置理化学機器の操作・保守経験 電気・電子回路配線センサに関する知識・資格 SalesforceやMicrosoft 365の実務経験 熱分析レオメトリーマテリアルサイエンスへの興味 • 求められるマインドセット:
