How you'll make an impact
Perform electrical, mechanical, and visual inspectionsTest incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished productsIdentify and document non-conformances; escalate when neededSupport root cause analysis and corrective actionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issuesMaintain accurate quality records, reports, and dataParticipate in audits, process reviews, and risk assessmentsSupport Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives Your background
U.S. citizenship requiredDegree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or equivalent experience3+ years in manufacturing or quality environments preferredKnowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management SystemsExperience with quality tools (8D, FMEA, root cause analysis)Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications More about us
