RESPONSIBILITIES

SUMMARY

We are currently looking for an Assistant Vice President to join the Field Management team within the Digital Direct Retail Sales & Service Enablement organization. Field management serves as the primary point of contact for all client facing teams specific to all retail sales and services commercial initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be a self-driven, dedicated individual who works well in a team, and cross-functionally with subject matter experts. In addition, the candidate should respond well to change and quickly pick up new concepts in order to adapt to progressions in the business. When faced with a problem, the candidate should be able to probe and use the skill set of colleagues to resolve issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as business lead for field management for all commercial programs to address the needs of all client facing teams Quantify and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates specific to inquiry cases trends and opportunities for initiatives optimization Identify issues and solutions to business issues, focusing on process improvement efforts Ensure projects are clearly defined, on-track, and executed in a timely manner Develop presentation materials to communicate status, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional audiences, up to the executive level Partner with sales and service leadership and other business partners to develop and execute key business priorities Partner across the organization in order to contribute to larger strategic initiatives Document and develop business processes and policies Skills Required Proven ability to manage delivery/execution of a wide range of tasks and initiatives Experience developing partnerships and successfully coordinating across cross-functional teams Highly organized and detailed oriented Team player that works well independently, a reliable self-started Multi-tasking and adaptive to changing environments Possess strategic thinking and ability to plan and execute efficiently on assigned projects Ability to identify and take on opportunities beyond individual responsibilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with minimal supervision REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 3-5 years of professional project management experience Related experience preferably in Financial Services, Wealth Management or Management Consulting Proficient / Advanced in MS Suite (specifically PowerPoint and Excel) Experience with Salesforce CRM platform a plus #etrade
