KIMS Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated Cath Lab Manager to lead our Interventional Suite and Cardiology Services. You will provide operational, clinical and strategic leadership, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while supporting the continued growth and development of our cardiology service.
As a key member of the clinical leadership team, you will work closely with Consultant Cardiologists, Radiologists, Anaesthetists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective and patient-centred care in line with our vision of "Healthcare at its Best."
Main duties of the job
Provide operational and clinical leadership for the Cath Lab, ensuring the safe, effective and efficient delivery of services across the Interventional Suite. Lead, develop and inspire a multidisciplinary team through effective workforce planning, performance management, training and professional development. Drive clinical governance, quality improvement and patient safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with CQC, MHRA, NICE and other relevant regulatory standards. Manage departmental resources, budgets, equipment planning and service development projects to support business growth and operational excellence. Build strong relationships with consultants, external partners and internal stakeholders to enhance patient pathways, service delivery and patient experience.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Be a Registered Nurse with a postgraduate qualification in Cardiology (degree level or equivalent).
Desirable
Hold a mentorship qualification with experience supporting staff development and education.
Experience Essential
Have extensive post-registration experience within Cardiology, a Cardiac Catheter Laboratory or Interventional Suite, including leadership and management responsibilities. Have Proven experience in clinical governance, budget management, service improvement and leading high-performing teams.
Desirable
Have experience leading change management initiatives and improving departmental productivity.
