This role will see you managing a mixed portfolio of office and industrial assets, supported by an experienced and collaborative team. You’ll gain exposure to the full property management lifecycle while building strong relationships with clients and tenants.
Key responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of tenant requests and engagement supported by a Facilities ManagerLease administration and property asset planningRent collection, arrears management and outgoings reconciliationsAssisting with budgets, reporting and client communicationSupporting lease renewals, rent reviews and general portfolio performanceProperty inspections to maintain asset standards About you:
Assistant PM or Property Manager experience essentialStrong attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesConfident communicator with a client and tenant-focused mindsetA team player wanting to contribute to a highly supportive and successful teamSA Property Management or Real Estate Licence What’s on offer:
