Mission

As Customer Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of customer projects related primarily to low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) electrical equipment and solutions.

You will lead multiple projects in parallel, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. The core of the role is strongly connected to electrical engineering and equipment-related project execution, while also offering the opportunity to gain exposure to software-related project elements and digital solutions within a broader project environment.

What You'll Do Lead and manage multiple customer projects related to LV and MV electrical equipment and associated solutionsAct as the main interface of Schneider Electric towards customers, consultants, subcontractors, factories, and internal stakeholdersEnsure compliance with all contractual obligations and technical project requirementsPrepare and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and progress reportsCoordinate internal teams, engineering experts, factories, site activities, and external subcontractorsMonitor project performance against budget, timeline, quality, and customer expectationsIdentify and manage project risks, deviations, and change requestsSupport project financial follow-up, including forecasting, cost control, and variation managementEnsure correct and timely project documentation, including technical documentation, as-built deliverables, and closure reportsDrive continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and best practicesCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely material, engineering, and resource availabilityGain visibility into software and digital project elements connected to broader customer solutions where relevant #LI-Hybrid #LI-VM6

What You'll Bring Degree in Electrical Engineering or another strongly relevant technical fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experience in managing electrical, LV/MV, or equipment-related technical projectsStrong technical understanding of electrical distribution systems, equipment, and project execution environmentProven experience in coordinating cross-functional technical teams and stakeholdersExperience in customer-facing project delivery in an industrial or technical environmentAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects independentlySolid understanding of project management methodologies, scheduling, and risk controlStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExposure to software, automation, or digital solutions is an advantage, but not a core requirementNative Hungarian language skills, advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
