Overview
This Global Marketing Resource Program Manager works in the office and is responsible for the forecasting, allocation and management of creative resources to support Global Marketing, reporting to the Associate Vice President, Global Marketing Services.
The Opportunity:
This role, within the in-house agency, supports lead generation activities for the Private Client Group (PCG) and the Private Client Group International (PCGI) and works closely with marketing management to understand group priorities and to ensure efficient forecasting, capacity planning, and staff use.
The Day-to-Day:
Responsible for forecasting project needs and workload by collaborating with Marketing teamsAssess project needs and assign the right team members to specific projects based on their skills, experience, and availabilityWork with management to manage workload and availability of resourcesLead the onboarding of contractors or vendors to fill resource gaps and meet project demandsProduce reports on resource use, timelines, and potential risks to inform decision-makingOversee the streamlining processes and improve workflow efficiency to maximize team productivityOversee the tools and systems used for resource planningCollaborate closely with project management and creative leads to ensure resource needs are met, and projects are delivered successfully Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience requiredMinimum of 3 years of resource management experience, ideally within a creative agency or marketing departmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced analytical skills and a high level of attention to detailAbility to adapt to changes in a fast paced, team environmentElicit cooperation from several sources, including senior management and internal clientsProficient in project management software, e.g. JIRA, with experience tracking resources Why Fisher Investments:
