What you'll do:
A. Manage and control projects to meet clients' requirements and ensure cost control within the approved project budget B. Oversee Service Engineers / Contractors during project implementation according to clients' requirements C. Manage UPS Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) with customers
D. Manage multiple project implementations and deliveries according to clients' requirements E. Schedule and attend project discussions with clients F. Monitor and control project costs to meet the approved budget G. Attend project site meetings H. Support contract administration activities (ordering, billing milestones, O&M submission) I. Coordinate with the Customer Service team on parts ordering and lead time J. Manage sub-contractor work schedules and ensure quality of work K. Support the Service team during FAT and SAT
L. Be committed and responsible for the Quality Management System (QMS), including: a. Implementing a process-based approach and risk-based thinking b. Providing necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements d. Ensuring the QMS achieves its intended objectives e. Engaging, directing, and supporting individuals contributing to the QMS f. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent in Engineering discipline At least 8 years of project management experience Auto-CAD skill Good communication skill
