As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of complex business critical projects through cross-functional teams. You will be a member of the site industrial engineering team, and you will coordinate and execute activities from our factory to all markets in line with the business strategy.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Build and lead effective project teams and problem-solving activities while managing or supporting projects by setting the right prioritiesTrack and monitor projects throughout different project stagesDemonstrate ownership for Continuous ImprovementDevelop collaborative relationships across all stakeholders and project teams using organizational agility & conflict management skillsCommunicate with key stakeholder communities ensuring transparency to project status, issues and recommendationsMaintain master data in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company What are we looking for?

University Degree Level (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain)1-3 years of project & process management experience, ideally within supply chain or production environmentAbility to build and lead effective project teamsAbility to develop collaborative relationships across all stakeholder and project teamsStrong analytical skills & structured ways of workingAttention to details in a fast-changing environment together with strong change management skillsStrong drive for results and a focus on executionStrong affinity for digital solutions and technology-driven toolsExcellent German and English skills What can you expect from Mars?
