As a Grid Integration Senior Project Manager based in Raleigh, NC, you'll lead large-scale, capital EPC substation and grid modernization projects that are critical to the future of power-bridging conventional generation with the accelerating shift toward renewables.

How You'll Make an Impact
Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of substation projects in a complex multinational organizationDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables to meet customer expectationsManage budgets, forecasts, and ensure positive cash flowCollaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teamsMonitor project health using earned value management systemsSupport contract negotiations and risk mitigation strategiesDrive supplier diversity and sustainability goalsDeliver clear, timely reporting to stakeholders and clientsResponsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines Your Background
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related fieldMinimum 8 years of experience in project managementMinimum 5 years of people leadership experience preferred in a complex and multinational organizationExperience with turnkey substation projects is highly preferredPMP® certification is a plusStrong interpersonal, technical, and financial problem-solving skillsCandidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States More About Us
