YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead medium to high complexity projects from concept through implementation and launchDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverablesCoordinate cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to achieve project objectivesMonitor project scope, quality, costs, risks, and overall performanceDrive stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to leadership and customersIdentify risks and implement effective mitigation and corrective action plansEnsure customer satisfaction by delivering projects on time and within budgetPromote continuous improvement and operational excellence across project teams YOUR BACKGROUND
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification2-3+ years of experience managing projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentPMP Certification or equivalent project management qualification is an advantageProven ability to successfully lead multiple projects and deliver results on time and within budgetStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and engage cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to interact at all organizational levelsProactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesFluent in French and English, both written and spoken YOU ARE REPORTING TO
