To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Program Manager located in Guadalajara North
Reporting to the Program Management Manager the Program Manager role involves play a key role in orchestrating large-scale programs, ensuring delivery excellence, and enabling business growth through structured project governance and execution discipline.
What a typical day looks like: Lead end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent projects/programsTranslate strategic business objectives into actionable project plansDrive program governance, milestones, KPIs, and risk managementPartner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teamsEnsure alignment across stakeholders and manage competing prioritiesFacilitate executive-level reporting and decision-makingManage scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocationIdentify risks early and implement mitigation strategiesLead project reviews, gate approvals, and launch readiness activitiesImplement program management best practices and standardizationDrive process improvements and lessons learned across projectsThe experience we're looking to add to our team: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.Advanced englishExperience in program administration/ management or related area.Microsoft projectDemonstrates advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.What you'll receive for the great work you provide:Competitive Salary.Life & Medical insurance.Christmas Bonus.Food Coupons.Saving Fund.KC10
