In this role, you will:Lead complex initiatives associated with payment credit risk management systems and processes for electronic payment products (ACH, Wires and various Treasury Management products)Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives for payment platformsPartner with Global Payments & Liquidity business partners on documenting new product enhancementsImplement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexityMake decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impactOversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiativesCollaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goalsLead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staffRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Experience with Treasury Management productsACH product knowledgeFamiliarity with project management processesFamiliarity with JiraRisk management and regulatory experience with systems and processesFamiliarity with identifying possible risksFamiliarity with Agile concepts and experience with Agile practicesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple and competing prioritiesStrong collaboration and partnering skillsJob Expectations:Ability to travel up to 10% of the timeThis position is not eligible for Visa SponsorshipSpecific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
