As Product Manager - Peripheral Vascular, you'll step into a clinically specialised portfolio where product strategy is shaped through close engagement with interventional specialists and key opinion leaders.
You'll work across ANZ to drive positioning, performance and growth - translating clinical insight into commercially relevant outcomes.
Partnering closely with Sales, Clinical and global teams, you'll play a central role in ensuring BD's portfolio meets the evolving needs of the interventional community.
This is a role for someone already embedded in the Peripheral Vascular, Endovascular or Interventional Cardiology space, who brings credibility, clinical understanding and established stakeholder relationships.
Your Day-to-Day
You will combine strategic ownership with hands-on delivery across product and portfolio activity.
You will:
Own and drive execution of product strategy, positioning and roadmapEngage directly with KOLs and interventional specialists to shape product direction and support adoptionAnalyse market trends, clinical insights and competitor activity to identify growth opportunitiesTranslate strategy into field execution in partnership with Sales, Clinical and Marketing teamsLead product launches, updates and lifecycle managementMonitor product performance and identify opportunities to optimise outcomesAct as the go-to point for product knowledge across internal stakeholdersContribute to business planning, forecasting and portfolio performance reviewsEnsure all product activity aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements This is a highly visible role where your ability to connect clinical insight with commercial execution will directly influence outcomes.
About You
You bring both strong product capability and deep understanding of the interventional clinical environment.
You'll bring:
Experience in Product Management within the medical device industryExperience in Peripheral Vascular, Endovascular or Interventional Cardiology marketsEstablished relationships or strong familiarity with KOLs and interventional cliniciansOr experience as an Associate Product Manager with true end-to-end portfolio ownershipStrong understanding of the Australian healthcare and interventional landscapeAbility to turn data and clinical insight into clear product strategyExperience managing product lifecycle and launchesConfidence working cross-functionally across Sales, Clinical and Marketing teamsStrong communication, influencing and presentation skillsA proactive, commercially minded approach Why BD?
