Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit mit Ownership und Umsetzungsstärke, die in der Lage ist, eigenständig Themen voranzutreiben und gleichzeitig verschiedenste Stakeholder effektiv einzubinden.
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder Schwerpunkt Marketing (alternativ vergleichbare Ausbildung/Fachrichtung)Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Marketing, Produktmanagement oder kommerziellen Rollen (idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen)Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien mit messbarem Business ImpactSie treiben Themen aktiv voran und besitzen eine susgeprägte Stärke in Organisation und PriorisierungSehr gute Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder Management in internationalen, matrixorganisierten StrukturenFundiertes Verständnis von KPIs, Marketing-Analytics und Performance TrackingErfahrung mit Omnichannel-Marketing und datengetriebenen KampagnenStarke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und EnglischBereitschaft, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld flexibel und lösungsorientiert zu agierenReisetätigkeit von ca. 30% innerhalb der zugewiesenen Region C&EE Von Vorteil:

Our pay is based on the role and the necessary skills and education to perform it successfully. The salary or hourly rate offered is determined by the role's specific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location. Salary or hourly pay ranges are influenced by labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location which may also affect the workplace arrangement of the role.
Salary Range Information €65.000,00 - €99.125,00 EUR Annual
