We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to come and join our Outpatients team. If you have an interest in Outpatient Clinics including Vascular and general surgery and want to work in a high functioning team to support patients in our Community Hospital, this could be the post for you.

Main duties of the job
As a Staff Nurse you will be responsible for providing care to people attending our busy Outpatient Department. We work closely with Consultants, Specialist Nurses and Community Services Teams. Our focus is promoting the comfort and wellbeing of patients, Malvern is a small but friendly team to work with. As a team we encourage ongoing learning and development through reflection and clinical supervision which we try and embed in our daily practice. Our nurses are required to facilitate the day to day running of the Outpatients Clinics alongside other tasks that will be required for this job role.
Undertake clinical procedures following assessment of
Carry out delegated nursing care
Provide safe and effective care
Identifies areas for the improvement
Liaise with staff for information regarding Observations, lab samples, blood sugar monitoring, dressings and further health checks.
Comply with policies and procedures of the ward.
