We are seeking an experienced Training and Communications Manager to join our team Global Shop in Shop team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training curriculum, creating training materials, and managing the field communications calendar.
Training and Communications Manager - Global Shop in Shop Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure that all employees have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their jobs effectivelyCreate engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, and hands-on activitiesFacilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtuallyCoordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and cateringManage the field communications calendar, ensuring timely and effective communication with all stakeholdersDevelop and implement certification programs to recognize employee achievements and promote professional developmentManage and maintain the wiki and other communications vehicles to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to all stakeholdersEnsure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policiesMinimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in training and development or a related fieldExperience in creating engaging and interactive training materialsEffectively work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects while maintaining a high attention to detail and ensuring accuracy.Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologiesFacilitation and presentation skillsExperience with project management tools and techniquesAbout Meta:

$115,000/year to $168,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
