This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You'll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
As Media Coordinator, Programmatic, you will execute Programmatic Online Video (OLV), Display, Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) and Direct Partnerships. What You'll Do
Operate media buying within Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and via Direct PartnershipsManage Creative Rotation Sheets (CRS), campaign builds, traffic plans, budget implementations, quality assurance and other campaign execution tasksGather and analyze performance data to help inform optimizations and improvementUnderstand programmatic plans to ensure tactical principles like bidding structures and audience targeting are being metPerform daily campaign checks, optimizations and troubleshooting to ensure smooth campaign deliveryCommunicate with multiple partners within the Marketing Department to ensure execution and deadlines are metCommunicate project or process issues and updates to team membersReconcile invoicesAdditional tasks may be assigned What Skills You Have
Required
Ability to independently follow complex documentation and directionProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google SuiteStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication skills Preferred
Previous experience in buying programmatic media and DSPsDegree in Marketing or a related field
