Joignez-vous à Hitachi Energy et contribuez à des initiatives de transformation qui soutiennent la modernisation et la performance du secteur de l'énergie. En tant que praticien en gestion du changement, vous serez responsable de structurer et de piloter les stratégies visant à assurer l'adoption des projets de transformation dans un environnement industriel. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires afin d'accompagner les employés dans le changement, favoriser l'alignement des parties prenantes et renforcer l'engagement à tous les niveaux, du plancher de production à la direction. Votre rôle contribuera directement à l'efficacité opérationnelle, à la préparation organisationnelle et au succès durable des initiatives stratégiques liées à l'évolution des systèmes énergétiques.
Le rôle est 100% présentielle.

Le candidat doit déjà détenir une autorisation de travail valide lui permettant de travailler pour Hitachi Energy au CanadaBaccalauréat en administration, ressources humaines, génie industriel ou domaine connexeCertification Prosci requise5 à 10 ans d'expérience en gestion du changement ou en transformationExpérience en milieu industriel (atout)Solide expérience en gestion des parties prenantes, communication et adoption du changementMaîtrise du français et niveau avancé en anglais En savoir plus sur nous

The Opportunity
Join Hitachi Energy and contribute to transformation initiatives that support the modernization and performance of the energy sector. As a Change Management Practitioner, you will structure and drive change strategies to support the successful adoption of transformation projects within an industrial environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to guide people through change, ensure alignment across stakeholders, and strengthen engagement at all levels-from shop floor to leadership. Your work will directly support operational efficiency, organizational readiness, and the long-term success of strategic initiatives impacting the reliability and evolution of energy systems.
This position is 100% onsite.

Deploy the Prosci methodology (ADKAR) to structure change initiativesConduct impact assessments to understand organizational change implicationsDevelop and implement communication and training plansSupport teams in managing resistance and facilitating adoptionCollaborate with project and operational teams to align change effortsFacilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across the organizationMonitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies based on performancePromote engagement and alignment across multidisciplinary teamsResponsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada.Bachelor's degree in administration, human resources, industrial engineering, or a related fieldCertified in Prosci methodology (required)5 to 10 years of experience in change management or transformation environmentsExperience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is considered an assetSolid experience with stakeholder engagement, communication, and change adoption practicesProficiency in French and advanced English required More About Us
