To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Sr Program Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus
The Sr Program Manager role involves... responsible to leading a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer projects through inception, pricing, development, and manufacturing, providing value to the business unit and Customer.
What a typical day looks like:Be the key channel of communication for Customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.Demonstrate advance operations, technical skills as well as knowledge in process technologies.Ability to analyze technical & financial reports and effectively present to internal & external customers.Coordinate with CFT, necessary actions for target compliance.Provide Support for contract negotiations and prices definition.Coordinate Product Life cycle of new Programs and assure the proper alignment to Launch cost and P&L projectionsThe experience we're looking to add to our team:Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related.Experience in similar position with experience in Electronics IndustryBA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experienceFocused on NPI'sKnowledge in the electronic manufacturing operation (processes, test, industrial engineering)Strong communication skill (English and Spanish)P&L administration & QuotationsMicrosoft OfficeExperience with CFTExperience with demanding clientsCustomer Service experienceProject Management experiencePeople managementMBA & PMP certification is also a plusPMP certification)What you'll receive for the great work you provide: Competitive SalaryLife & Medical insuranceChristmas BonusFood CouponsSaving Fund.Life InsuranceAU51
