We are looking for a Director to lead the Upper Materials Supply Management team in Taiwan. This role owns strategic supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with Nike standards, driving on-time delivery, and delivering product excellence at the right cost for athletes and consumers. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can balance strategy and execution-aligning teams, building trust-based partnerships, and enabling delivery against PSC material priorities.
The ideal candidate has experience in materials and, ideally, product creation, and thrives in complex, matrixed environments. Demonstrate a proven ability to influence across teams and stakeholders. This leader is passionate about developing talent, fostering a healthy team culture, and driving clarity and alignment across diverse partners.

Leadership & Team Health
Lead the Taiwan Upper Materials Supply Management Leadership Team, driving alignment, clarity, and effectivenessFoster a high-performing, collaborative culture grounded in trust and accountabilityPartner with the Taiwan Materials Leadership Team to drive overall team health, engagement, and effectiveness Cross Functional Alignment
Partner closely with Underfoot Materials teamRepresent Materials on PSC Leadership Team forums, shaping priorities and driving alignmentEnsure consistent connection across PSC Material team, Product Creation and Material Suppliers to support readiness and executionInfluence decisions through strong partnership, credibility, and clear communication Partner Relationship Leadership
