About this role
We are seeking an experienced Strategy and Operations Manager to join our Global Shop in Shop team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our stores, including performance management processes, store compliance, measurement, and employee incentives. Additionally, you will work with account and product teams to define the ongoing strategy and alignment with Meta's overarching retail plan.
Global Shop in Shop, Strategy Operations Manager Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our storesWork closely with the Field Sales Manager to develop and conduct audits and secret shops to ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresManage employee-seeded device asset management, including tracking and reportingDevelop and implement contests and incentives to drive sales and customer engagementCreate and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicatorsAnalyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategiesEnsure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policiesMinimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in retail, ecommerce, or a related fieldEffectively work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects while maintaining a high attention to detail and ensuring accuracyBuilt business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skillsFormalized communication and interpersonal skillsCan analyze data and make informed decisionsPreferred Qualifications: Experience in consumer electronics retailExperience working with external agencies and vendorsAbout Meta:

$142,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
