Cummins a global leader in power solutions. We are looking for a talented Workshop Manager to join our growing team in Adelaide, SA. You will work closely with the technicians and apprentices, coaching and developing their skills.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Manage and supervise service techniciansEnsure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, and Complete required documentationResponsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and apprenticesEnsure your team achieves its KPI's to deliver resultsLiaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic (Cert III) or equivalent (mobile plant) is requiredExperience as a qualified technician, working with engine productsExperience in a supervisory/management role is preferredStrong communication and organisation skills in a high-pressure environment Compensation and Benefits

Experience:
Intermediate level of relevant work experience in a technical field, including team leadership experience, required.
