Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with operations teams, providing guidance, driving initiatives, and ensuring safety remains at the heart of everything we do. How you'll make an impact
Support teams and supervisors in achieving strong HSSE performanceEnsure compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory standardsConduct safety audits, inspections, and walkthroughsAssist with incident investigations and root cause analysisTrack and follow up on corrective actionsPromote safety awareness through training and campaignsParticipate in daily meetings and shift handoversRecommend improvements to strengthen HSSE programs Your background
Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or related field preferred; or relevant experience (2+ years HSSE or 5+ years in manufacturing with safety involvement)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized, proactive, and self-motivated approachProficiency in Microsoft Office and digital toolsWillingness to work 3rd shift (11:30 PM - 7:30 AM) and travel up to 10%HSE certifications or bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus More about us
