The Opportunity HVDC is looking for 4 motivated new team members, and you have a great opportunity to join our international team and contribute to a safer more sustainable future as a HSE Specialist in one of the following focus areas:
Internal audits - Lead and conduct HSE audits in accordance with international, internal, and local standardsIncident investigations - Carry out incident investigations and support the organization in following the incident management processTenders & projects - Support tender activities and promote HSE in HVDC Service project executionProduction & testing - Ensure compliance with HSE standards in GI Valves operations If you have a strong interest in any specific area, be sure to highlight it in your application to be considered for the most suitable role.

Drive and promote a strong HSE & Sustainability cultureTake on an expert role in the HSE fieldSupport the HSE management system including relevant documents and processesDrive initiatives and follow up on HSE targetsTrain, coach and support managers and employees on HSE actions and complianceAnalyze and work with global HSE performance, gather data and identify trends, risks and improvement opportunitiesSupport compliance with local and international HSE requirements and standards Your background
University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Occupational Health and Safety, HSE or related field5+ years' experience in HSE rolesStrong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levelsFluent in English and Swedish (written and spoken).Competent in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001Competent in international HSE legislation.
