Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking a Sr Client Services Representative who will be responsible for managing a book of business for both TPA and Non-TPA clients to ensure key deliverables are met, driving both business growth and client retention.

Work Mode:We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be coming into the Phoenix or Denver office 2 days a weekandgiven the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.

Responsibilities:Function as primary point of contact for all facets of relationships, including but not limited to, retention initiatives, problem resolution, communications, and product enhancementsProactively engage clients to identify and anticipate emerging needs beyond immediate requestsDerive, understand, and document the client's business needs including identifying client specifications, conducting research, and recommending solutionsDevelop tailored solutions that align with both client goals and organizational objectivesUnderstanding of client's agreements to help facilitate questions around invoicing/billing, pricing, and general agreement questionsPartner with Client Development to look for cross-selling and growth opportunitiesSeek and provide client feedback in the development of new products or product improvementsEnsure clients are aware of API and ongoing enhancements; coordinate training/testing with SME and log new requestsKeep abreast of industry trends and understand regulatory itemsDeliver quality products and services by attending internal training and providing training to clientSchedule, lead and document regular client meetings as required for all facets of the client relationship from service, products, enhancements, and invoicingMonitor client requests by researching and gathering information and providing continual client updatesEstablish relationship with internal partners responsible for servicing the accountsGet to know the Client Services team members especially those specific to your clients and partner on service modelSchedule virtual one on one with CS partner(s) ongoing to ensure mutual client support and address open itemsWork with Manager and internal teams to ensure Service StandardsParticipate in on-going training and developmentQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.3+ years of financial industry experience needed including two in a relationship management capacity.Retirement industry knowledge and certification preferred.MS-Office experience required.Salesforce experience preferred.Attention to detailWritten communication skillsAbility to work under tight deadlinesCompensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $75,000 - $90,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
