We are looking for a talented Workshop technician to join our team specialising in engine repairs and maintenance for our Mt. Isa branch.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Deliver a first-class service to our customers across automotive, mining, and industrial and agriculturalComplete repairs and maintenance of heavy diesel productsDiagnose and repair enginesInspect and replace components as requiredEngine rebuilding and reconditioningEnsure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to the Service SupervisorComplete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Relevant Heavy Diesel trade qualification - Heavy Vehicle Mechanic or Diesel Fitter (to Australian standards), Light Vehicle will be considered with Heavy experienceExperience as a Diesel Mechanic in the service and maintenance of heavy diesel productsPrevious workshop exposure would be highly regardedSolid diagnostic, electronic and IT capabilitiesValid Australian Driver's license required Additional Information:
