Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Legal Counsel located in Budapest.
Reporting to the Senior Corporate Counsel, the Legal Counsel role involves providing legal support to Hungary/ EMEA Operations and Procurement and Supply Chain (GPSC).
What a typical day looks like:Negotiate, review and draft wide variety of foreign and domestic agreements with Flex's local, regional and global suppliers and service providersCollaborate and work with with internal business owners (including Operations, Direct and Indirect Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, Facility Management, HR, Quality and IT) to ensure that suppliers and other Operations related agreements and legal matters are aligned with business objectivesWork across borders, time zones and cultures with a cross functional group of regional and global stakeholdersBalance governance and be a solutions provider to business stakeholdersUnderstand financial impact of agreements negotiated and tracked through contract lifecycleManage and maintain records of corporate governance, board documents and minutes, director and officer information, governance policies and compliance processesDraft and adapt contract templates, legal documents and correspondenceUse Legal Artificial Intelligence solutions, contract lifycycle management software throughout contracting process, including review, drafting, approvals and retention of contractsAssist in the implementation and enforcement of contracting policies, directives, and strategic initiativesDevelop process improvements and provide legal training to business stakeholdersAssist in contract interpretations/ disputesThe experience we're looking to add to our team:Law degree from a recognized, preferably reputable university in HungaryAt least 2 years experience in contract negotiation, preferably in-house commercial transactional experience in a global or regional manufacturing company or in supply chain / logisticsAbility to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business modelWell-organized and detail oriented with an outstanding work ethicAble to independently manage and successfully prioritize projects to meet deadlinesStrong sense of ownership and proactive approach to provide business friendly solutions and improve processesAdvanced functional, technical and process management skillsWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:Additional benefits: Cafeteria, bonusStable, dynamically developing multinational corporate backgroundUnique, forward-looking manufacturing technologies, professional work environmentOpportunity for continuous professional development provided by various and challenging tasksAS108
