Job summary
We are looking for a 5 session GP across two sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated GP to work within a patient-focused environment that values continuity of care and high quality clinical practice.
Main duties of the job
Deliver a mix of routine and urgent GP consultations (face-to-face and telephone as clinically appropriate) Manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions Provide appropriate prescribing, investigations, and referrals Ensure safe and effective clinical decision-making and safety-netting Maintain accurate and timely clinical records Participate in clinical meetings and practice development activities

Working as agreed within the practice timetable.
Managing long-term conditions and providing safe, effective care.
Prescribing in line with local and national guidance.
Completing administrative tasks promptly, including referrals, repeat prescriptions, and other associated duties.
Participating in telephone triage and duty doctor rotas.
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical records.
Collaborating with the team and sharing the practice workload.
Supporting QOF requirements and recording information accurately.
Offering health promotion advice where appropriate.
Attending and contributing to practice meetings, clinical governance, audits, and training.

Full GMC registration Inclusion on the NHS England performers list MRCGP (or equivalent) Evidence of continued professional development
