Job Description Health and Safety Lead by example in adhering to Health & Safety procedures holding all staff and contractors accountable to high safety and compliance standards. Identify and assess equipment and site hazards, implementing and maintaining effective risk controls and safe operating procedures to ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely. Provide technical advice to winery teams on managing engineering-related hazards and appropriate control options. Implement & maintain the Safety Permit to Work (PTW) system for all contractor work on site. Leadership and Coaching Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the Maintenance team to build capability, support ongoing development, and foster a high-performance culture. Conduct regular conversations with team members, ensuring they are clear on their performance and development goals and helping them to undertake their roles effectively.
