We are nowseekingaCIPD qualified, experienced HR practitioner tojoin our HR team.
We are looking forsomeone who has a generalist HR background, particularlyemployeerelations, toprovidethe full range ofoperational HR support to our clinical service teams. You will be a key member ofthe PeoplePartneringteamreporting to the people business partner for your service area and working closely with the wider team and senior stakeholders in this service. Itis essential youare abletodemonstrateyour experience of advisingmanagersoncomplex employee relations casework,HRpoliciesand organisational change.

Your base will beUpton Hospital in Slough, but the role does provide the opportunity for agile working with an expectation that you are able to travel to any site within the trust as & when required to fulfil your role. The rest of your role will beworked from home.
Main duties of the job
This role will provide opportunities to supportwith workforce planning, change management and transformation, engagement and building leadership capability.You willalsowork closely withteams & senior stakeholders in your services to support them with the delivery oftheirpeople priorities.
Provide professional HR advice on the full range of employee relations issues
Build andmaintaincredible relationships withteams, managers & senior stakeholders,ensuring complex or sensitive information is communicated in a confident way
Act as a point of contact for managers and staff seeking adviceon ouremploymentpolicies, analysingqueries to offer solutions
Advise managers on recruitment processes, providing advice on the writing of job descriptions and person specifications

Degree or equivalent experience
Alevel 5 CIPD qualification, or equivalent experience
Experience working in a generalist HRrole withEmployee Relations in a multi-skilled professional and unionised environment
Ability to travel to multiple sites with minimal impact on daily productivity

Education/Qualifications/Training Essential
Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) level 7 or equivalent knowledge acquired through experience
Previous Experience Essential
Extensive experience in providing HR advice to managers. Experience of devising and delivering training packages on employment related courses to line managers Extensive experience of working in a complex unionised environment and demonstrable experience of developing effective relations and partnership working across a diverse range of unions and professional associations Experience of managing workforce projects e.g. sickness absence projects to ensure workforce plans can be met
