As a Senior Nurse in our Pre-Operative Assessment pathway, you will lead safe, effective, patient-centred assessments.
Your duties include:
Conduct pre-operative assessments, managing clinical risks before surgeryCollaborate with consultants and MDT colleagues to optimize patients for theatreEnhance pre-assessment processes to improve outcomesProvide leadership in a fast-paced Outpatient environmentEnsure patient safety and dignityThis role demands strong clinical judgement, attention to detail, and teamwork.
What You'll Bring
Registered Nurse with valid NMC registrationSignificant experience in Pre-Operative AssessmentSenior Staff Nurse experience preferredStrong clinical assessment skillsExcellent communication and IT skillsAbility to work under pressureProactive, flexible, team-focused attitudeEvidence of professional developmentExperience in independent healthcare is a plus.
