Job summary
Working in a highly pressurised environment to provide a professional, efficient and effective administrative service for the Department. Using initiative in sometimes complex situations to ensure that patients are booked in line with local and national Access targets.
Work as part of a team, supporting other team members to deliver the Access targets and a patient focused booking service.
Main duties of the job
To obtain case notes for the Department on a timely basis from various locations on Glan Clwyd's site, including the Medical Record's Department. Organise clinic letters and distribute them to relevant GP surgeries The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Qualifications Essential
Good standard of general education NVQ 2 or equivalent

Knowledge of WPAS/ Hospital administration systems
Experience Essential
Experience within an office environment involving customer service Knowledge of Data Protection Act Awareness of Patient Confidentiality
