役割概要（Position Overview）
エンタープライズアカウント担当のアカウントテクニカルリード（ATL）は、高度に複雑な技術案件をリードし、エンタープライズレベルでのディスカバリーを独立して推進し、詳細なソリューション設計を行い、カスタマーテクニカルビジョン（CTV）を策定します。 ATLは顧客に対する主要な技術アドバイザーとして機能し、深い関係構築を行いながら、技術ソリューションと戦略的ビジネス目標の整合性を確保します。
今回の募集はAECO(Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations)領域を対象としています。
主な責任（Responsibilities）
複数のワークフロー、システム、分野にまたがるエンドツーエンドの技術ディスカバリーを推進し、Autodeskの技術を顧客の目標に結び付ける変革機会を特定する高度かつ複数ソリューションにまたがる技術提案および導入パスを設計し、明確なROIストーリーとソリューション正当化資料を作成する技術およびビジネスのステークホルダーと長期的かつ深い関係を構築・維持し、戦略的技術アドバイザーとして機能する技術環境、長期目標、適用戦略を含む詳細なカスタマーテクニカルビジョン（CTV）を策定・維持するマルチソリューションの拡張機会を積極的に特定し、売上成長を促進する部門横断の連携を必要とする複雑な技術エスカレーションをリードするアカウントエグゼクティブと連携し、技術的洞察を基に案件戦略を策定するデモ、ベンチマーキング、技術ワークショップのために社内スペシャリストを統括する評価結果およびパフォーマンス結果に関するデータドリブンな分析を提供するソートリーダーとしてエンタープライズイベントや業界ディスカッションにおいてAutodeskを代表する 応募要件（Minimum Qualifications）
技術系分野の学士号、または同等の実務経験5年以上の業界知識またはAutodesk関連の専門知識高度に複雑な技術案件をリードし、先進的なソリューション設計を行った実績技術およびビジネスのステークホルダーとの長期的関係構築の実績Autodesk製品、または同等のエンタープライズソリューションに関する高い技術的理解優れたコミュニケーション能力、ストーリーテリング能力、説得力営業、カスタマーサクセス、技術スペシャリストチームとの協業経験業界知識および財務的視点を活用し、変革戦略を支援できるビジネス理解力AI等を含む先進技術を常にキャッチアップしつづけ、業務に生かせる理解力・継続力 歓迎要件（Preferred Qualifications）

The Account Technical Lead (ATL), Enterprise Accounts, leads high-complexity technical engagements, independently drives enterprise discovery, architects detailed solution designs, and develops the Customer Technical Vision (CTV). The ATL serves as the primary technical advisor to customers, building deep relationships and ensuring alignment between technical solutions and strategic business objectives. This position is open to candidates in the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) field.
Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end technical discovery across multiple workflows, systems, and disciplines, identifying transformation opportunities that align Autodesk technology to customer objectivesArchitect advanced, multi-solution technical proposals and deployment paths, creating clear ROI narratives and solution justification artifactsBuild and maintain deep, long-term relationships with technical and business stakeholders as a strategic technical advisorDevelop and maintain a detailed Customer Technical Vision (CTV) capturing technical footprint, long-term goals, and adoption strategyProactively identify multi-solution expansion opportunities to drive revenue growthLead complex technical escalations requiring cross-functional coordinationCollaborate with Account Executives to shape opportunity strategy using technical insightsOrchestrate internal specialists for demonstrations, benchmarking, and technical workshopsProvide clear, data-driven analysis of evaluation outcomes and performance resultsRepresent Autodesk in enterprise events and industry discussions as a thought leader Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.5+ years of industry knowledge or Autodesk expertiseDemonstrated ability to lead high-complexity technical engagements and architect advanced solution designsProven experience building long-term relationships with technical and business stakeholdersStrong technical proficiency in Autodesk capabilities or similar enterprise-scale solutionsExcellent communication, storytelling, and persuasion skillsExperience collaborating with sales, customer success, and technical specialist teamsStrong business acumen and ability to support transformation strategies using industry insights and financial reasoningA strong ability and commitment to continuously keep up with advanced technologies, including AI, and apply them to business Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or a related fieldDeep expertise in Autodesk solutions or comparable enterprise technology platformsExperience leading cross-functional teams in technical discovery and solution architectureProven track record of driving multi-solution expansion opportunities and revenue growthExperience representing organizations at industry events and in thought leadership rolesAbility to develop compelling customer-centric narratives and solution justification artifactsExperience providing insights to marketing, product, and leadership teams #LI-JA1
