Job Description About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking Lead Commercial Loan Closing Representatives as part of the Equipment Finance Deal Closing Team within Commercial Banking Operations. This team onboards customers for Key Vendor partners by obtaining contract packages from the sales team. This includes validating onboarding information entered into the system of record, verifying payment information, and issuing the wires to the Vendor Partner.

In this role, you will:Support performance and overall effectiveness of team, as well as cross-group pre-close and post-close documents for the most complex commercial real estate loansProvide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Commercial Loan ClosingPerform or guide others on complex business and operational decisions that require planning, evaluation, and interpretationReview and prepare loan related documentsIndependently prioritize work and provide day-to-day-work leadership and mentorship to Commercial Loan Closing teamLead or contribute to implementation of new or revised processes and procedures that require coordination among various work groupsProvide guidance and subject matter expertise to peers, colleagues and managers on the functions, policies, procedures and compliance requirementsRequired Qualifications:6+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:2+ years of Leadership experienceKnowledge and understanding of the Siebel Originations SystemFamiliarity with Documentation creation and/or documentation review and funding experienceAbility to interpret and understand of basic loan documents i.e., credit agreements, credit approval documents, securityAbility to interpret and understand legal documents including loan, insurance, and credit documentsKnowledge of key credit terms, such as interest rates, disbursements, loan limits, fees, etc.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to consult and maintain cross department relationshipsStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsJob Expectations:Ability to work a hybrid scheduleWillingness to work on-site at stated location on the job openingThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipPosting Location:Charlotte, North CarolinaPosting End Date: 6 Apr 2025 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
