The Role
Join Fidelity's Stock Plan Services team and lead the transformation and conversion of client data. As a Data Conversion Manager, you'll play a critical role in onboarding clients and ensuring seamless integration into our equity compensation platform. The Data Conversion Manager is part of the Stock Plan Services Implementation Team responsible for the conversion of client data as well as file feed integration onto the SPS platform. The team supports both new client implementations and ongoing changes (conversions, mergers, spinoffs, payroll conversions), working in a collaborative and innovative environment. The Data Conversion Manager manages projects in the emerging mid and large market segment related to file feeds, plan adds and new business projects.
Fidelity's Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
