The Global Recruiting Programs and Partnerships team is working to build and deliver industry-leading talent programs and experiences as well as ensure we have impactful engagements with key talent partners. Our team is focused on building robust programming that solves for business needs. A core part of our role is to have a demonstrated understanding of the direction of our business roadmap and growth plans to ensure that we are setting up Meta Talent Program participants for success and creating a healthy pipeline of future talent. Our focus on partnerships includes developing long term strategies with our critical universities from which we recruit top talent and building and executing on end-to-end recruitment marketing strategies required to ensure Meta is recognized as the market leader in building technologies that help people connect, find communities and grow businesses.
Manager, Campus and Recruiting Partnerships Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and develop a team of Program Managers focused on campus partnerships and recruiting partnershipsDevelop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with Meta's recruitment goalsDevelop and execute strategies to optimize the recruitment process and enhance candidate experienceAnalyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and make decisions based on date to drive business outcomesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new initiatives and programs that drive business resultsCollaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and goals, and to develop, implement, and execute Program and Partnership strategiesCollaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/or hiring needs that may spike in other areasTrack and assess recruiting activity to determine ROI. Maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholdersManage relationships with key partners and external organizations to cultivate relationships and enhance Meta's employer brand to new audiencesConsult and develop effective event and recruiting strategies that are engaging and will achieve the organizational and brand goalsMinimum Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in management, recruiting, project management, program management experience or relevant experience2+ years of experience in direct managementDemonstrated experience in project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teamsProven track record of successfully managing and developing teams that deliver on multiple projects and programs across regions and business groupsDemonstrated experience communicating complex ideas clearly and concisely through both different types of mediumsExperience with budget management and financial planningExperience communicating across all levels of an organization, as well as externallyExperience working with broad and geographically dispersed organizations, programs, and projects with a company-wide impact, including management of multiple concurrent projectsExperience leading initiatives geared towards a wide range of communities that resulted in business outcomesPreferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in University RecruitingExperience managing multiple high-visibility projects with a focus on ROIDemonstrated experience in problem solving and driven approach to solving problems based on dataExperience synthesizing data and making recommendationsExperience using organizational skills with great attention to detail and thorough follow-up, operational rigor with an eye for developing processes, resources that achieve team effectivenessExperience navigating ambiguityAbout Meta:

$142,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
