Overview
Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Customer Experience Representative (CXR).
This position pays $16.38/ hour with the opportunity to earn monthly incentive pay bonuses and is located at the Norfolk International Airport location - 2200 Norview Ave., Norfolk, VA 23518
This position is available for full-time seasonal to start in March, and cannot exceed 150 days.
Available Schedule:
Friday - Tuesday: 3:30 pm - 12:30 am The Customer Experience Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience.
Responsibilities
Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely mannerProvide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipmentOffer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service informationAnswer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendorsPlace outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assignedAssist to assess condition of rental upon returnNotify Management of any known customer problemsNotify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenanceContinuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years oldHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. requiredMinimum of 1 year customer service or sales experience in a fast paced environmentMust have reliable transportation to and from workMust have a valid driver's licenseMust have no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years (Total points on driving record cannot exceed 8 points).No drug, alcohol related violations in the past 3 years.Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Seasonal employees may work up to 150 days during a defined season. They must experience a 6 month break in service at the end of the season prior to working again as a seasonal or regular employee.
