The primary purpose of this role is to support our hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients in upholding their brand standards, ensuring exceptional food quality, and delivering friendly, customer-focused service to enhance the overall guest experience . Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Conduct assessments that measure conformity to established regulatory, industry,
