All levels will operate basic finishing equipment and are expected to operate at least one piece of major finishing equipment at the productivity standard. In this Lead Bindery Operator - Operates at least two pieces of major finishing equipment as a primary or back-up operator. In addition, provides leadership within the team and assists the Associate Bindery Manager with on-going staff development and workload distribution.
