YOUR ROLE
Responsible for coordinating the delivery of materials related to newly manufactured or purchased products for manufacturing operations that require precise timing in order to maximize plant efficiency, and to support achieving delivery schedules and inventory targets. The role includes a significant degree of judgment and scope for independent action, with some direct guidance that may be provided by the supervisor.
Monitor an adequate level of material inventory. The work involves a number of office operations with decisions made based on established standards and procedures. The job is performed independently, with supervision available to handle unusual situations.
RESPONSABILITIES
Monitor system reports and ensure data accuracyReview and maintain material-related information and documentationCoordinate with different teams to address material issuesSupport the resolution of system or supply-related issuesMaintain communication with internal and external stakeholders as neededTrack orders and follow up to ensure timely deliveryIdentify and prioritize critical materialsCommunicate relevant updates when issues ariseWork with suppliers to resolve shortages or excess situationsEnsure availability of required materials to support operationsMonitor inventory and address discrepanciesReport and escalate material or supplier-related issuesTrack project status and highlight potential risksEnsure materials and resources are delivered as expectedMaintain proper coordination with logistics and warehouse functionsFollow applicable safety and compliance requirementsParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesMaintain professional and ethical conductAdapt to changing responsibilities as needed REQUIRED SKILLS
