We’re now looking for an analytical and collaborative Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and collect customer payments to ensure the company receives accurate and timely payments. You’ll handle invoicing, payment tracking and resolving billing issues, while keeping customer records and cash receipts up to date.
The role, what you’ll do as Accounts Receivable Specialist:As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting efficient cash collection across France and UK, ensuring customer payments are collected on time and billing issues are resolved quickly and accurately.
Contacting customers to follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue paymentsCollecting payments via customer bank accounts using our payment provider Allocating customer payments to the correct accounts in NetSuiteCalculating and posting monthly bad debt provisionsRaising manual invoices and credit notes where requiredProcessing referral refundsManaging and resolving accounts receivable support tickets (via Slack)About you, what we are looking for:Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable roleGood understanding of the cash collection and billing processExperience working with accounting systems (NetSuite experience is a plus)Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging with both internal teams and external customersA collaborative team player who supports colleagues and contributes positively to the teamA fast learner who can adapt quickly in a growing, fast-paced environmentWhat you’ll be part of, our values and culture:We are a fast-paced, ambitious FinTech organisation.
